Dimensional Concepts Inc. is a Long Island based company in operation site 1994. We are a family owned and operated company, fully licensed and insured throughout NYC, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Westchester, and NJ. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and top quality craftsmanship. Throughout the years, we have developed an extensive loyal subcontractor base. Their high level of dedication and professionalism mirrors our own.
Our projects range from small commercial offices to industrial build warehouses. From NJ and Westchester to Montauk we have completed numerous projects of all sizes. We work closely with our clients and their designers and architects to bring a vision to life. President/Owner
Pino started at a young age as a carpenter with his father working all over Manhattan. In 1994, Pino decided to go off on his own to create his own brand. At this point, this was were Dimensional Concepts, Inc. was founded. He started off in the beginning years doing high-end residential apartments and custom homes for multiple high profile clients. This gave him all his experience to be able to handle anything that is thrown his way; regarding tight time frames, difficult and complex project tasks and most of all, quality. As the owner and founder of the company, Pino stays on top of his staff and interacts daily with all clients.
JASON LICUL
Project Manager
Jason joined the company at a young age working in the field anytime he was off from school, from cleaning jobsites to going on site visits with his father Pino. Jason now works as a project manager by creating schedules and looking over the trades in the field.
From being around the construction industry since a young age, his field experience has enabled him to quickly develop his management skills throughout the entire building process. These skills include coordination between trades, jobsite and employee safety, and updating the projects schedule.
Jason graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering in 2019. He also is efficient with AutoCAD and is also OSHA 30 certified. Jason’s strong management skills and cooperation with the trades ensures his progression with Dimensional Concepts Inc. will be fast.
